摘要
Electrochemical investigation of CuTMAP and its interaction with DNA at a Hg electrode is reported for the first time. The reduction of CuTMAP under our experimental conditions involves reduction of 2e of Cu2+ and 2e of TMAP. Reaction of DNA with CuTMAP forms an electrochemically nonactive complex, which results in a decrease in the CuTMAP equilibrium concentration and its reduction current. The decrease in peak current is proportional to DNA concentration and can be used to estimate DNA concentration. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
