摘要
We present the features of the hierarchical approach for (micro)system simulation, emphasizing specification formalisms. Our first contribution is directed toward object-oriented translation of Bondgraph Language to Analog Hardware Description Language; beside its practical importance, we regard this as a way of developing an Object-Oriented Analog HDL. Then, we combine the advantages of object-orientation and constraint propagation in approaching and managing hierarchically analog designs. Therefore, we build an object-oriented knowledge-based simulation framework, open to user-defined models, as well as to integration of new simulation operators, trying to represent hierarchical design and verification strategies.
