摘要
The universities have inherent advantages in resources in personnel training in the cultural and creative industries. However, the existing professional training modes to the traditional disciplines of Chinese universities classified as centers of cultural and creative industries are still insufficient to meet the special needs of human resources. This research orientation, curriculum design, faculty three aspects of Chinese culture and creative industries Talents analyze the problems to constructivism as the basic concept to industry needs as a basic guide, made to promote the university's cultural and creative industries. By re-integration of the Universities and educational resources, it will build a diversified faculty, build a multi-level training system, cultivating a variety of cultural and creative industries faculty, and other ways to improve practical teaching mode to complete.
