摘要
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a theory of advanced management, raised on the condition of high western industrialization, strengthens planned management which takes time as masterstroke. But, for Chinese enterprises with low industrialization and immature management, merely consolidating time management is far from sufficient. In this paper, we put forward a framework of ERP system with three control from Time-Cost-Innovation, in which cost control and innovation management are fused, and carry out an empirical study by International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS) database.
