摘要
On the basis of self-organization theory and the methods of system dynamics, the important function of relational contract mechanisms was discussed. Through analyzing the characteristics and the process of inter-enterprise cooperation, the systematic model of relational contract mechanism proposes five essential factors which are objective, reputation, trust, structure, and culture. Theoretically, the five elements affect the knowledge producing and knowledge transferring which form the innovative capability of inter-enterprise cooperation. And the innovative capability has a remarkable impact upon innovative performance. The five elements interact with one another and promote the stability and efficiency of the inter-enterprise R&D cooperation. The model is conducive to deeply understand the process of the cooperation and affirm more accurately the critical influence of factors of the inter-enterprise relations.
