摘要
Dendroseris neriifolia (Asteraceae) is one of the numerous endemic plants from the Juan Fernandez islands that is classified critically endangered. The in vitro introduction of this genotype was realised with seeds provided by the National Botanic Conservatory of Brest. After desinfection, two seeds germinated and were multiplicated in vitro either by classical micropropagation (on MS or WPM medium without growth regulator) or by adventive bud regeneration (on MS medium with BAP at 1 or 2 mg/l). These results allow to consider the reimplantation of this species in protected areas.
