摘要
This paper presents the characteristics and requirements imposed for a future-proof broadband wireless access system deployment targeting the corporate, carrier and residential broadband wireless environment. Typical and particular WiMAX-based infrastructure scenarios are also discussed within the paper, including both the advantages and the constraints against the traditional technologies.
