摘要
To understand the effect of type 1 diabetes (T1D) on bone mineral content (BMC) and bone density (BMD), we studied 125 T1D adolescents and 80 pubertal stage matched controls. T1D was associated with lower whole-body BMC and BMD compared to controls, even when adjusted for age, sex and sex hormones. (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
