摘要
This article aims to study the current research status of the application of virtual reality technology in depression in my country. Entering the precise search of virtual reality and depression through the advanced search topic of CNKI, there are 12 results. Read and study the research results of others carefully, and this paper selects 4 more prominent research results for analysis, although the current reality Virtual technology still has some shortcomings, but with the development of science and technology, the application of virtual reality technology in depression and other mental illnesses has been significantly accelerated. Virtual reality technology can improve the depression of patients and improve the coordination and enthusiasm of patients' limbs; can make patients get more psychological satisfaction and joy of life, thereby improving the quality of life.
