摘要：

Precipitation of sulfur from acetone solution after heating at 50 °C in the presence of (NH4)2-Mo2S12 leads to the formation of hollow microtubules (L = 5-100 μm, d = 100-400 nm). The walls of the tubes (ca. 10 nm) consist of S8 molecules, the surface layer being enriched with molybdenum sulfide species.
