摘要
With the beginning of the third technological revolution, high-tech enterprise has been growing constantly. As the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises, scientific and technological innovation capability in our local enterprise is not so optimistic. Especially in China, long-term technological catch-up scenario leading companies have to face an innovation dilemma, whether to improve the existing technology, or to explore high-tech area. In view of this, this paper aims at exploring the influence mechanism of organizational ambidexterity in the performance of high-tech enterprises. The research combines both theory and empirical analysis. Logically deduce on the basis of the conceptual model, with questionnaires to obtain data, and then complete the empirical analysis. We finally come to below conclusions, associated duality have significant positive impact on the performance of high-tech enterprises, while the balance of duality has a negative effect. Enterprise network position cannot only enhance the central role of the associated duality for corporate performance, but could also alleviate the negative impact from the balanced duality.
