摘要
In this research, Sr-hexaferrite nanopowders were synthesized by a sol-gel auto-combustion route using three different surfactant types: cationic, anionic and nonionic. The obtained powders were characterized by FTIR, XRD and SEM techniques and their physical properties were compared. The results showed a decrease in crystallite size of the resultant Sr-hexaferrite powder in presence of cationic and anionic surfactants, while there are no significant changes in presence of nonionic one. However, all three types of surfactants resulted in a decrease in the formation temperature of Sr-hexaferrite. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
