摘要
Introduction: Evidence-based medicine seeks to create a common and scientific language for physicians and uses a combination of the best available knowledge with clinical experience and patient values. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of evidence-based medical education on learning of medical students. Methods: In this systematic review, using Scopus, Pubmed, Google Scholar, Web of Science databases from 2010 to 2021, articles were searched and extracted. To increase the credibility and reliability, two people evaluated the quality of the articles separately. Results: Out of 3705 initial articles, 9 of them were finally reviewed. The main findings of the articles were that the evidence-based teaching method has a positive effect on the learning level of medical students and led to an increase in clinical understanding and reasoning among medical students. Conclusion: Evidence-based medicine is not a method or model but a necessary intellectual approach in medicine and therefore, it is necessary for students to be formed in the early years of entering the field of medicine and related fields in order to be developed and institutionalized over time and during the course of study.
