摘要
Investment activities are an important part of the economic activities of power grid enterprises, and also one of the effective means for enterprises to expand the scale and improve the efficiency. With the continuous promotion and implementation of the new power reform in China, it has brought an important impact on the profit model of power grid enterprises. The company's investment behavior, operating costs and investment operation efficiency will be further regulated, and unrelated and unreasonable new investment and costs will be strictly reduced. Facing the huge investment scale, power grid investment efficiency has become the focus of power grid companies. In view of the grid funds is difficult to reasonable distribution, poor investment balance between municipal power grid companies and the lack of clear evaluation and comparison criteria, the system of optimization evaluation index system, using hierarchical analysis method to calculate index weight, combined with fuzzy evaluation method, practical method, through the model construction, the project optimization decision can provide support and reference, effectively improve the investment allocation accuracy and rationality, guarantee enterprise investment efficiency.
