摘要：

We have developed a tool for inferring a network on the personal computer. The tool is based on the previous system, ASIAN (Automatic System for Inferring A Network), for the network inference by using die graphical Gaussian modeling in combination with the clustering techniques. The system is available in our web site (http://eureka.ims.u-tokyo.ac.jp/ asian/), but the expansion of the optional functions is limited in the web. Thus, the PC version is fully equipped in the optional functions, especially in visual interfaces. The limited version of PC tool is available through ASIAN site, and the complete version is commercially on sale from INFOCOM CO. (http://www.infocon-Lco.jp/bio/datamine/autonetfmderen. html).
