Let phi be a holomorphic self-map and g be a fixed holomorphic function on the unit ball B. The boundedness and compactness of the operator T-g,T-phi f(z) = integral(1)(0) f(phi(tz))Rg(tz)dt/t from the generalized weighted Bergman space into the mu-Bloch space are studied in this paper.
