摘要
In this paper, based on the conventional nonoverlapping stator wound field synchronous (N-SWFS) machine, a novel V-shaped-stator-teeth N-SWFS (VN-SWFS) machine is proposed by changing winding configurations and the shape of stator teeth. The operating principle of the proposed machine is explained by analyzing the no-load excitation magnetic flux path. The influence of stator-slots/rotor-teeth combination on VN-SWFS machines is studied through finite-element analysis, the proposed 12/10, 12/11, 12/13, and 12/14 VN-SWFS machines are quantitatively compared in terms of no-load back electromotive force (back-EMF), cogging torque and electromagnetic torque.
