摘要：
This article provides the combined medical and surgical approach to the child with hematuria. It emphasizes the screening, localization, causes, and evaluation of hematuria. The article provides a realistic approach for the office evaluation of both microscopic and gross hematuria, and indications for referral to a pediatric nephrologist and/or pediatric urologist.
