Electron screening in the astrophysical Li-6(p,He-3)He-4 and Li-7(p,alpha)He-4 cross sections from the density-functional theory

摘要
A model of electron screening of the proton and the Li atom in a solid target is presented in the frame of the density-functional theory. A fit of the enhancement factor is given for the astrophysical energy range. Deduced U-0 electron potential values are lower than the experimental ones. Possible causes of experimental uncertainties are finally discussed.
