摘要：

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adulthood is becoming increasingly important in research and clinical practice. Although ADHD has been conceptualized as a lifespan disorder in many studies, until now there are only few diagnostic and therapy studies. In view of the high prevalence of adult ADHD more research is necessary. Only in this way can diagnostic and therapeutic strategies be further developed. In these theme articles the latest findings on adult ADHD are presented and discussed.
