摘要
Monolithic catalyst based on cordierite ceramic honeycomb was used in oxidative dehydrogenation of cyclohexane to cyclohexene. Aluminum sol was prepared to modify the surface of cordierite ceramic honeycomb. The specific area of aluminum sol added with polyoxyethylene glycol 2000 was above 350 m(2)/g when calcined at 400 degrees C. A new method to analyse liquid product with internal standard curve was established; the correlation coefficients were all above 0.99. Catalyst characterisation methods like BET, SEM, DSC, XRD, TPR, XPS were used. Activity of different catalysts was evaluated under different reaction conditions. 5V-500/CC/PEG-Alum performed well with the yield of cyclohexene reaching 9.33% at 425 degrees C.
