摘要：

Cushing's syndrome is a rare condition in pregnancy because the menstrual disturbances and anovulatory infertility are the main features of this kind of pathology. Association between pregnancy and cortisol excess involves a high rate of materno-fetal mortality and morbidity. Hypertension, preeclampsia, diabetes, opportunistic infections, fractures, miscarriage, preterm delivery or sudden intrauterine death can occur. We present a case diagnosed during the pregnancy, with clinical and paraclinical data and discuss the complications of pregnancy in patients with Cushing's syndrome.
