摘要
Problems involving heat and moisture transfer in porous building envelope arise in a number of engineering interests, such as cooling/heating load calculating of air conditioning, indoor environment controlling, managing of thermal performance of the envelope and so on. This paper is mainly about the significant efforts that have been made to mathematically model the coupled flow of heat and mass that occur in the porous building envelope. After showing the problem in a schematic view, this paper presents a review of the development of modeling for coupled heat and moisture transfer. And a one-dimensional model was proposed. Vapor content and temperature were chosen as the driving potentials. The numerical solution was based on the control volume finite difference technique with fully implicit scheme in time. A comparison between experimental results and the results obtained by the numerical model proves that they are fully consistent with each other.
