摘要
Nine Schiff bases of 3-amino-dihydrothiophene-2-one were synthesized by reaction of substituted benzaldehyde with DL-homocysteine thiolactone hydrochloride by means of preferable reaction conditions. Seven of them were reported for the first time. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, H-1 NMR and IR spectra. The biological tests showed that they were excellent biological active to several vegetable pathogen.
