摘要：
Advanced economies dealt in the past with increased competetiveness through assessment and changes in business processes with the aim of achieving better results and parameters of management. This thinking is now overcome and the focus increased on sales growth, income and added value, having in mind the cost reduction. Gradually it is creating a new management philosophy, as the information and knowledge that under certain conditions emerged as innovative and successfully applied ideas, begin to lose their importance, are outperformed and may impede the operation of those who apply them.
