The article has the objective of evaluating a group of scenarios of the services of health for the population aged in the period 2015-2030, with base in the future tendencies of the population aging and the goals of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) for the attention of the population's segment in Las Tunas for this period. The presented results contribute to the improvement of the sanitary systems of the county with a view to elevating the quality of life of the biggest Adults
