摘要:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence mechanism between land price and urban economies in theory, and to construct an evaluation method system for an empirical study about the relative coordination between land price and urban economies of 27 cities in China. Methods of Cluster Analysis and Discriminant Analysis were employed. The results indicate that: 1) the land price and urban economies are coordinate in most cities in China, whilst in other cities the land price is lower than the level of urban economies: 2) the relationship between land price and the urban economies should be investigated dynamically. In conclusion, this paper suggests that understanding the coordination between land price and urban economies could be a useful reference for the related decision-making of participators in land market.
