摘要
The paper examines how MoSi2, ZrO2, and SiO2 additions influence the phase formation and properties of hot-pressed AlN-BN (DBN) composites. It is established that new hardening phases are synthesized in the hot pressing of composite materials. The developed composites have higher strength than sintered ABN and retain oxidation resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, and good machinability.
