摘要
The wastewater which contains chloropivaloyl chloride, o-chloro benzaldehyd etc during the produce of the clomazone, is hard to be treated in the municipal sewage treatment system. The study is performed on the treatment of herbicide wastewater(COD 1580mg/L) based on the three-dimensional electrode system(volume 3.5L) combined with the anode of SnO2-Sb (area 80cm(2)), cathode of stainless steel and ceramic ring particle electrodes doped SnO2.The operation parameter of the process was optimized. The results indicated that the organic contaminants in the herbicide wastewater could be effectively degraded by the process of electro-catalytic oxidation, and the biodegradability was improved which make follow-up treatment by the biochemical methods be possible. When the cell voltage is 20V, the amount of aeration is 50ml/min, the volume of particle electrodes is two thirds of the packed bed, the hydraulic retention time is 150min; The COD removal rate is 63% and the biodegradability of the wastewater is the highest.
