摘要
This paper presents a token-based mutual exclusion algorithm designed to be used in Collaborative Distributed Environments by means Of Multi,went architecture. This research makes use of a variation of the token-based Nahni-Trehel's algorithm by considering only three messages in total as well as reducing the needed information sharing. This ensures to improve the effectiveness of agents communication resources and therefore to improve collaboration in these environments.
