摘要
The dynamic impact behavior of NiTi alloy has been studied at various impact velocities and temperatures. The contact force during the impact process was measured with a piezoelectric force sensor and digital signal processing system in real time. The effect of temperature on contact force, contact time and absorbed energy of the NiTi alloy specimen was studied. The maximum contact force increased with temperature, while the contact time decreased. When temperature was above the reverse martensitic transformation finish temperature (A(f)), the NiTi alloy specimen in the parent phase retained no permanent deformation but dissipated impact energy during the impact process.
