摘要：

We have built a simple and inexpensive instrument capable of measuring time intervals from 0 up to 100 ns with a 0.1-ns resolution. We use easy-to-find components, and the construction can be performed by an undergraduate student. (C) 2002 American Association of Physics Teachers.
