摘要
This paper is dedicated to solving topical scientific and applied problem of dynamic compatibility of the frequency characteristics of modern high-speed drive systems with the dynamic characteristics of drilling rigs. Quantitative characteristics of dynamic processes are obtained using different types of drive systems of drilling rigs and studying their effect on the conditions of electromechanical system. The factors causing vibration of a drill column during the rock breaking with a roller bit are defined. Regularities that occur while drilling with the use of thyristor and transistor direct-current and alternating-current drives are determined. The ways to improve drive systems of drilling rigs are specified. Methodology of research is represented by the experimental studies of the harmonic composition of the armature current of the DC motor and stator of the AC motor, rotation velocity, power consumption, vibration displacement of the pressure-bearing traverser and harmonic analysis of transient process graphs in terms of starting and beginning modes of drilling.
