摘要
The present research is devoted to the study of an influence of a growth regulator epibrassinolide on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium. The bioregulator can remove adaptation stress which occurs under the changes from one culture media to another: from must-agar to must; from must-agar to grain. Stress is a result of the adaptation of Pleurotus enzyme system to new carbon source and this stress leads to decrease in antibiotic activity of Pleurotus. It was shown that epibrassinolide has growth stimulating and anti-stress effects in Pleurotus, especially in unfavourable conditions, The effective epibrassinolid concentrations for each of the following media were revealed: for must, must-agar, grain, grain-gummiks.
