Research on air distribution of displacement ventilation system in large workshop

摘要
Based on the steady state incompressible Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations, k-epsilon turbulence model, the SIMPLE scheme, the three-dimension airflow and temperature fields inside workshop are calculated numerically. The results showed that the displacement ventilation system can be good to ventilation of workshop. The airflow distribution with the displacement ventilation shows obvious thermal stratification. Lower supplying air velocity can not form well airflow organization. So, the air-outlet velocity should be designed as 2 m/s if the span length is 24 m.
