摘要:
Toxaphene in textile were extracted with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) technology and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectro metry (GC-MS). The optimum condition, such as extraction time and temperature, solution pH and salt concentration were investigated. The detection limis was 0.01 mu g/mL for Toxaphene. This method possesses good stability and sensitivity, and it has been applied to determine Toxaphene in cotton and polyester textiles.
