摘要
The investigation was carried out with new intramammary products. The experiments were performed on 55 cows (81 milk quarters) with subclinical mastitis, which was verified with the quick mastitis test (QMT) and quantities of somatic cell (QSC) in 1 ml of milk. Group I (16 milk quarters) was treated with Prenetil; group II (16 milk quarters) was treated with Tetramast; group III (16 milk quarters) was treated with Lincogen; group IV (17 milk quarters) was treated with a combination of Gentamicin and Enrofloxacin in the form of intramammary syringes; group V (16 milk quarters) was treated with Gentamicin. Species composition and susceptibility to antibiotics of microorganisms isolated from cows with subclinical mastitis were determined as follows: 110 strains of Gram-positive cocci, of them Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Micrococcus varians, Streptococcus faecalis, Streptococcus uberis and Bacillus cereus; 15 strains of Gram-negative bacteria - Escherichia coli. It was established that cows in group IV most quickly recovered. Recovery of the other groups was observed as well, but there was a need of much prolonged period.
