摘要:
Aim at the development and application of the neural network are influenced by its logic operation ability. Combining high efficient logic operation of traditional digital computer and such function as self learning, self organization of artificial neural network, a no host learnable special purpose semiconductor neurocomputer for recognition is implemented. The hardware of this neurocomputer and its system software are described, the result of the test proves this semiconductor neurocomputer is feasible.
