摘要
This essay introduces six interconnected relationships at work within three very different monographs firmly situated in the study of law and religion. On one level, this essay introduces the prevalence of these relationships and their interplay in scholarly pursuits of law and religion. On another level, the essay aims to expose these relationships and their interplay as an important theoretical framework for further conceptual understandings of law and religion and pathways for thinking about practical issues in law and religion faced by states and religious communities alike.
