摘要
This paper presents a real-time software implementation of the entire MP3 decoder system using LabVIEW. LabVIEW is a widely used graphical programming environment which allows designing systems in an intuitive block-based manner as compared to the commonly used text-based programming languages. After providing an overview of the components of the MP3 decoder system, issues related to its real time implementation are discussed. Decoding times of several MP3 files are presented to demonstrate the real-time capability of the decoder.
