摘要：

We demonstrated adiabatic 3-dB couplers on silicon-on-insulator strip waveguides. We obtained average splitting ratios, from 1500 nm to 1600 nm, of 44.5%/55.5% and 50.5%/49.5% for our transverse electric and transverse magnetic couplers, respectively. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
