摘要
This is the first report of a patient developing PG after free tissue transfer for breast reconstruction. PG is a neutrophilic dermatosis of unknown etiology that mimics a necrotizing soft tissue infection and is treated by immunosuppression. The differential diagnosis of PG must be entertained when evaluating a suspected soft tissue infection as the diagnosis is made by exclusion. Copyright © 2010 by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
