摘要：

Single self-assembled InGaAs quantum dots have been investigated by STM-luminescence/photo-current experiments and optical near-field spectroscopy through shadow masks. This allows us to observe and study the shell structure of a quantum dot for different occupancies. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
