Inhibition of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) by 2-[2-(Z)-fluorovinyl]inosine 5′-monophosphate

摘要：
Inosine 5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH: EC 1.1.1.205) isolated from Esherichia coli 133 cells was strongly T inhibited by 2-[2-(Z)-fluorovinyl]inosine 5'-monophosphate (2-FVIMP). Inhibition of IMPDH appears to be irreversible with k(inact) and K-i values of 0.0269 s(-1) an IMPDH, respectively. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
