摘要：

Clinical observations of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in oncohematological patients after cytoreductive therapy are presented. Difficulties in the diagnosis of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in patients with initially low blood platelet count, depending on transfusions of concentrated platelets, are discussed. The strategy of long-term alternative anticlotting therapy with fondaparinux in thrombophlebitis and substitute-renal therapy is presented.
