摘要
We demonstrate the first narrowband parametric interaction in a semiconductor (GaInP) photonic crystal waveguide. A pulsed pump, propagating in the normal dispersion regime yields a conversion efficiency of -10dB with a moderate peak pump power of 650mW. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
