摘要：

The activities of bodies of joint public political administration of USSR and Workers' and Peasants' militia for fight against plunders and speculation of bread and other bakery products during collectivization in the Soviet Union are considered in the article. On the basis of the published historical sources, first of all documents and materials of the Central archive of FSS and also historical and legal and historical researches on the announced subject, authors open work of bodies of joint public political administration on suppression of plunder and speculation in terms of safety of a socialist system and the state.
