摘要
Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber contains a large number of cellulose (>92%) besides 2% lignin. Based on the research findings of many predecessors, this paper discussed the structure of Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber and tested its mechanical, white degree value and antibacterial properties. The experiments reveal that: the molecular structure of Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber is similar to the regular viscose staple fiber. However, the cellulose and lignin of the Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber may react reciprocally and form complicated three-dimensional structure-cellulose-lignin carbohydrate complex. The degree of orientation, whiteness of Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber is less than regular viscose staple fiber. The hardness is more than regular viscose staple fiber. The antibacterial property of Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber is upstanding. The reason may be caused by a small quantity of lignin, which still remains in the China-Hemp xyloid stem viscose fiber.
