摘要：

During product innovation, the effect of value creation by the synergetic activities among departments is decided by the synergetic degree of different department. Synergetic activities need Us to study its interdependence so as to know of the synergetic state providing support for product innovation, and finally to find out the technological economic relations and the law of the relation way development in product innovation among department and their performance effect to product innovation. In the paper, the model of interdependence of cross-department during product innovation has been studied.
