摘要：

in this application, Millennium claims pyrimidoazepines, in particular N-aryl-(7-phenyl-5H-benzo[c]pyrimido[4,5-e]azepin-2-yl)-amino derivatives, as inhibitors of Aurora kinases. The claimed compounds display good potency (in most cases < 100 nM) in the enzymatic bioassay for Aurora-A inhibition and are indicated to be useful for the treatment of cancer and other proliferative disorders.
